We have access to a vast range of silicone and associated materials.
Both our High and Low Modulus Silicone's are made to our own specification
and are packaged in T. Butcher Mastics Ltd cartridge's.
For a brief description of some of the different types of materials we use on
our projects please see below.
- High Modulus (Internal Sanitary
Silicone)

Ready-to-use one-component sealing compound on the basis of
silicone, acetic curing at atmospheric humidity. The sealant is
fungistatic, non-fading, weatherproof, and highly suitable for
sanitary rooms.
- Low Modulus (External Building
Silicone)

Ready-to-use one-component sealing compound on the basis of
silicone, neutral curing at atmospheric humidity. It is suitable
for alkaline substrates and reduces the corrosive effect on most
metals. The sealant is fungistatic, non-fading, weatherproof and
highly suitable for sanitary rooms.
- Intumescent (Fireproof Silicone)
- Ready-to-use one component silicone sealant, oxim curing and
therefore ideal for alkaline substrates; no corrosion on
metals.

- Other Materials (Such as 2-Part
Polysulphide)
